Водная безопасность и природная среда. Китайский путь
Аннотация
В современных условиях социально-экономического развития Китай сталкивается с острым дефицитом водных ресурсов. Уровень водообеспеченности в стране низок и неравномерно распределен по регионам и по сезонам года. Решение проблем водной безопасности в Китае в основном связывают с гидротехническими мегапроектами, такими, например, как строительство плотины «Три ущелья» на р. Янцзы и проект переброса речной воды через систему каналов с юга на север страны. Масштаб проектов обусловливает соответствующее воздействие на природную среду с трудно прогнозируемыми экологическими последствиями.
