Summary

As a result of the conducted research, a quantitative criterion was developed for estimating the hydraulic safety of obsolete utility networks with internal deposits on the pipe walls. It is proposed to quantitatively estimate the hydraulic safety of obsolete utility networks by their operational efficiency coefficient minus 1%. A specific example demonstrates the method for calculating the hydraulic safety coefficient for an obsolete steel water pipeline with internal deposits.
