Specifics of ensuring the warm air parameters of microclimate
in the local wastewater pumping stations
Summary
The specifics of modeling of warm air conditions in the pumping compartment of a local wastewater pumping station is presented. Calculated values for incoming air temperatures at an average room temperature of +5°C are determined. The required thermal output of air heaters for the input ventilation system is presented for two heating system configurations for the pumping compartment of a pumping station. The main characteristics and assumed values of additional auxiliary coefficients used in modeling air-heating processes in the local wastewater pumping station are described in detail. A review of possible supply and exhaust system configurations for the facilities under consideration is provided. A flash estimate of the supply air temperatures is provided for air- and combined heating with electric cable. This work is of interest to companies specializing in the design, operation, and sales of local pressure wastewater disposal systems for buildings and structures.
